Day 1 : Fez – Ziz Valley

We set off from Fez in the morning, heading towards Azrou, a place known for its Cedar Forest in the Middle Atlas, where you can catch sight of Barbary apes. Our journey includes a lunch stop at Midelt, famed as "the apple capital," nestled at the base of Ayachi Mountain. Passing through the Tizi n’Talremt pass, we traverse the picturesque Ziz Valley, renowned for its sprawling palm trees and extensive oasis. Along the way, you'll spot countless "ksars," quaint clusters of individual houses in various villages. Finally, our route takes us to Er Rachidia, and we conclude the day's journey in the enchanting Ziz Valley for an overnight stay.

Day 2 : Ziz Valley – Merzouga

Following breakfast, our day commences with a stroll through the palm groves of the Ziz Valley. Here, we'll relish the opportunity to savor the flavors of Berber pizza and engage in a delightful tea session with locals in their homes. This immersive experience aims to introduce you to the authentic ambiance of Berber households. Afterwards we'll start our drive towards Erfoud, renowned as the capital of rock fossils. A pause along the way offers a glimpse into authentic furniture factories, providing insight into their meticulous craft. Our journey continues to the vibrant town of Rissani, where we'll explore its genuine souks, brimming with tradition and culture. Here, ancient kasbahs known as ksours dot the landscape, showcasing the rich heritage of the region. Afterward, we'll proceed to Merzouga, where the highlight awaits—a mesmerizing camel ride experience.

Night 2 : Merzouga


Day 3 : Merzouga - Dades

If you rise early, catch the breathtaking sunrise with the stunning hues of the dunes and captivating shadows. Following breakfast, enjoy a camel ride for a couple of hours (or less, based on your preference) before departing for Tinghir and the Toudgha gorges, where lunch awaits. The route leads through Tinjdad and the picturesque Toudgha Valley, offering ample walking opportunities along the riverbanks. Later, the journey proceeds to the Dades Valley for an overnight stay.

Day 4 : Dades - Marrekech

After breakfast and refreshing, we head towards Ouarzazate via the renowned Valley of Roses, known for its Rose Festival and prized oils. In Ouarzazate, dubbed the "Cinema City," we'll explore studios and Taourirt Kasbah. Continuing, we'll visit the UNESCO-listed Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, famed for Hollywood movies. Following lunch, we'll journey to Marrakech through the Tichka Pass, Africa's highest at 2260 meters. En route, we'll pause at Berber villages, enjoying diverse landscapes before concluding our journey in Marrakech.
